BBC's car show in salt pan storm

Why am I not surprised? When did Clarkson ever show any concern
whatsoever for the environment, or a majority of motorists?

"The BBC's motoring programme Top Gear has been accused of causing
damage to a pristine wilderness in Botswana.

Conservationists have accused the show, hosted by Jeremy Clarkson, of
leaving scars across the Makgadikgadi salt pans by driving vehicles
across them.

They have said the tracks caused by the cars could remain for decades.

A BBC spokeswoman said: "We employed several environmental experts who
advised us on where we could and couldn't go."

Bad example

She added the BBC had "ensured that we never went near any
conservation areas".

Mary Rice of the Environmental Investigation Agency, which carries out
conservation work in Botswana, said the BBC's example could lead to
hordes of "boy racers" to follow suit.

Light travels faster than sound. This is why some people appear bright

Because there's plenty of them out there in that impoverished country
with money to waste on Scoobies and the petrol to do it.

What a crock of shit.

It's hardly a secret that they exist. It's widely known that speed
trials are done on salt flats in the USA so if David Fuckmore was
right, surely they would have already been there?

Because you're emotionally dead? I don't know. Maybe you could tell
us, in great detail.

Well, I'm sure he's concerned for a number of motorists, but I'm not
sure if he's concerned for a majority of motorists.

Ants are currently causing damage to my pristine wilderness in the
kitchen. Will you come and protest them out of there for me Doug,
otherwise I'll have to kill them with Ant powder. Kitchen Terrorist!

And James May, and Richard Hammond, just so it doesn't look too much
like the ad-hominem attack it is.

Doug doesn't actually protest - he merely glory hunts off the backs of
others. Dougs idea of protesting is copy / pasting worthless shit to this,
and this alone Newsgroup.
Sadly he's been ousted as a hypercritical old cunt who doesn't practice as
he preaches.
