But, as happens frequently on a particular stretch if road that I use
(which has a 40mph limit and is at the bottom of a steep hill), when the
person in front of me doing 38mph decides that, having spotted the
camera, to suddenly, all anchors on, reduce their speed to 26mph, there
surely is some justification in "doing" them for driving without due
care and attention.
