Steering failure should result in straight ahead, due to the toe in of the
tracking. I had the drop arm fracture on a Standard Vanguard many moons ago,
we just went straight on then wandered down the camber to a halt on the N/s.
The filme is more like a instant blowout on the steering axle or a sudden
steering axle brake seizure on one side. Immediately prior the driver was not
in a situation where avoiding action was needed, therefore if it was a sudden
death it would be most likely to continue straight on IMO.
