Doesn't this one say it all? When will the law begin to treat drivers
like any other kinds of nasty killers?
"Family fury as uninsured hit and run driver who killed boy, 4, walks
free from court
The parents of a boy killed by a hit-and-run driver were appalled
yesterday after being told the offender could not be jailed.
Jason Diprose, 21, who claimed to have learnt to drive on a beach, had
been repeatedly prosecuted for going behind the wheel without a
licence.
Last July, as Gordon and Jennifer O'Callaghan's four-year-old son
Casey crossed a one-way street near his home, the jobless labourer
reversed up it the wrong way, knocking him over.
Instead of stopping to help, Diprose then drove forwards, running over
the child again...."
"...Careless driving does not carry a custodial penalty and a new
charge of causing death by careless driving, which would carry a
maximum five-year prison term, is yet to come into effect..."
Even five years is not long enough for taking a life and that's the
maximum sentence which will rarely be imposed..

Tony Dragon (Tony Dragon btinternet.com>) gurgled happily,
sounding much like they were saying:
> 6 You stupid old fart why attack me when I was agreeing with you.
Because his persecution complex is so deep-seated that he automatically
assumes any reply that doesn't start "Yes, Duhg! You're so wonderful and
right all the time! Love, Duhg" must be attacking him.
TBH, I think that the concept of somebody agreeing with him probably
scares him.

Why don't we all agree with him over this case, it might cause his brain
to swell up & burst.
Better still lets ask Tooomy his opinion.
