wide in air disasters this year.
Last year 580, including 13 people on the ground.
2006- 561
2005- 927 + a few on the ground.
2004- 284
Yes we should really be worried about air disasters.

If your name is Duhg no doubt. But balance that against the number of
passengers that travel by air and you will see that its actually the
safest way to travel.

Yes it is curious isn't it, Jhno, that so much media attention is
given to air crashes and so little to car crashes, when the latter
cause far more deaths and serious injuries.

Of course smoking causes orders of magnitudes more deaths than driving
