I don't think I'm alone here in my opinion - I'd say you're correct in
your assumption that not all ARA's are terrorists, but you can't deny
the fact that this small extreme minority aren't beyond using some
extremely intimidating methods to further their aims - looks to me as
if by removing the number plates of vehicles on the site, the forces
of law and order are likely to prevent a possible serious breach of
the peace - which must surely rate as more important than some minor
infraction to the rules and regs contained in the RTA.

We have a problem locally with some wild boar roaming the countryside
- liberated by the local ARA, not just once but twice the stupid
cretins have cut wire their way through the secure enclosure, which is
required by law to contain these dangerous animals - and released them
into the local area where they're causing all sorts of problems -
thanks a bunch!
