In Outlook 2007 I've noticed that when I schedule an appointment either "Tentative" or "Out of Office" that it shades or stripes the entire day in the Month View. It doesn't always do this, and I can find no consistent reason for it happening in some appointments but not others (unless it has something to do with these appointments having come in from Windows Mobile through Active Sync)....
