No. There are currently three southbounds that are not "s", the 0625
(or thereabouts), 0656 and 0708. From the new TT, this will be
increased to four, the latest being at 0715.
Given that the morning peak is far more compressed than the evening
peak, there would be a bit of a problem on the south WCML services if
this were not the case, which is why I'm not surprised it is
continuing.
