So it seems like TheTrainLine is still showing (and no doubt selling
tickets according to*) partially updated timetables. I wonder why
they offer any times for December at all if they don't know them all
yet?

Certainly nothing significantly faster, stopping at both Watford and
Milton Keynes, than the Southern service is likely to be, one would
hope.
