I must have been thinking about bell peppers... I meant to say "Does the

Impressive mill buildings have been converted to flats at South Rd SW19 and
at Riverdale Drive SW18... I wonder if they use the free power source in the
basement, and if not, why not?

I think most of it's walkable, although personal security must be an issue
on most of it.
