BIG BROWN wins The Kentucky Derby

I had hoped to post my view on the Kentucky Derby but got caught up in
things. So after time! for which I apologise..BIG BROWN winner of his 3 races
by a total of 30+ lengths and very much the talking horse Stateside, was
backed down to 5/2 fav even though he was drawn in the very outside trap
from which the last winner was in 1929! But it mattered not :-) settling in
about 5th or 6th after getting across soon after rthe start, moved passed the
front runners just before the final bend and then seemed to change gear(and
his legs)in the straight to power clear in an instant ending about 5 clear
at the line, some machine and is now going for the Triple Crown, and it is
going to take something exceptional to lower his colours.Fortunately I
remembered to back him(7-2) so made up for my losses...

Yeah David, Big Brown really does look a real Triple Crown contender doesn't
he?
I was worried about him being drawn out in the carpark, but he really showed
his class when the jock asked him to.
New Approach is screaming out for a mile & a half & will improve a ton his
seasonal debut, not sure which Derby he'll go to, but a duel with Twice Over
would be a mouth watering clash.
I backed 'enry' so I'm a bit like the cat that got the cream today, going
for the double with Natagora later.
Cheers ears
Aid.

Dont think you`ll see NEW APPROACH taking on TWICE OVER as TO is being aimed
at the DERBY and NA for the Irish version.

I could not remember who it was: but she was even more impressive in Paris
than Infallible at Newmarket. A gutsy filly rather like Attraction.
