Betfair and its new facilities

Hi guys!

I recall reading somewhere recently that it was being proposed that
you could request a price on a runner now, with an option to keep the
request open in-running if not matched before. For the life of me, I
cannot see any such option at present - am I missing something?

If you are Charlie, you are not the only one lol.
I`ve looked too and I`ll be buggered if I can find that facility :-(

Someone on here will no doubt post the answer-and soon!

hi all,

it is isn't it ? i've doing it for a while, if it's you mean.
example, when i click on back a horse, it opens a box on the right, the
current price is highlighted & you just over type whatever price you want,
if over 99/1 it will ask you to confirm.
it will more likely then say, price not matched, do you want to wait ? you
can 'keep' in play = try & match it before & during the race or 'cancel' =
try & match it before the race & cancel if not matched.

is that what you mean ?

When making a selection, choose your desired price. If it is not
matched immediately, the option to keep the bid open in-play exists in
the bet management window. By default, unmatched bets are cancelled
at the off, but should you elect to tick the box 'keep in-running' or
whatever it is called, then the bet can be matched in running.
