How exactly did Rangers drag scottish football through the mud - by
qualifying for the UEFA cup final and securing enough coefficient points to
practically guarantee CL football for the Scottish champions for a few years
to come?
Sounds to me like you are unable to differentiate between Rangers FC, the
199,000 decent fans and the couple of hundred thugs who disgraced their club
and country. Sounds to me like it's all just 'Rangers' to you - which is a
very childish way to look at things.

In terms of the other issues. I think now there probably were some English
and Ulster ringers, as suggested in today's Sunday Herald. Also the drink
didn't help last Wednesday. Nor the result. Nor the screen. Nor the
organisation. However, this is not excuse thousands of Rangers fans caught
up in the violence, the silent majority or indeed Rangers FC.
Moreover, I'd be interested to know whether people think there is something
particular about Rangers FC which makes the events of Wednesday more likely.
As a Celtic fan I may not be perceived as a neutral...
