How many additional goals would it have taken for us to be sitting on 8IAR?

Would not have mattered if Celtic had scored 2 thousand extra goals, they
would still not be sitting on 8iar. I think they would have needed
wins/points instead. In other words a 1 nil win against, say Killie for
instance, doesnt get any less points as a 30 nil win against them would. So
scoring loads more goals wouldnt matter. The question is kinda pointless
anyway, its like asking ' Since abrdeen last won the league, how many
additional goals would it have taken for Rangers to be sitting on 23IAR?

I accept your argument that Celtic needed points as well. If we had beaten
Motherwell 3-2 on the last day we would have won the league in season
2004-05. That would have been two extra goals. Think it might have been one
or two goals more though that we needed to score against Killie in season
2002-2003 to win the league that year. So maybe it was three or four goals
Celtic were away from being on 8IAR. Anybody know?
