Isn't the sky subscription related to the address/phone number? from what
you're saying the subscription is in your mums name but coming from your
account. They won't know who's account it is, as long as its paying the
subscription.

You can request sky+ online i think and then no need to speak to anyone.
Think your best option is to get your mum to request its changed over to
you, when they tell her no then she tells them to cancel it. They might
relent but even if they don't then just phone up and tell them you want
sky.

Last time i spoke to them it was to get my dish repositioned and they
were messing me about, wanting
