Thanks for that Jonbhoy and yes I'm sorry if it is complicated. We switched
bank accounts as I said to my bank account around about the time we upgraded
to sky digital. I have a disability which is why I'm still in my family
home so I wouldn't have the cash for my own one just yet (still waiting on
my six numbers to come out of the lottery... aren't we all?)
My point was basically if I asked her to cancel altogether, would they pull
me up on the bank account if they weren't aware of the issue I have? It's
just a nuisance ringing them if I needed assistance like for example just
last night I rang for the upgrade to sky + and he was pausing after I gave
my sky card number obviously because it was a guys voice he was hearing and
the name on the account is a womans regardless of what bank account its
coming out of it probably gave the impression the card was robbed! Getting a
bit sick of it tbh. Just wondered about the implications.
Thanks anyways.
