Would that actually be illegal?

In the same way that Estonia(was it?) didnt turn up for the game against Scotland -
You think a team could just say 'bugger it' and accept a couple of enforced 3-0
defeats by not playing?

I think you should do it ;)
Have a wee rest, send the bhoys on holiday somewhere warm for a wee while.

The way we are playing the now, I wouldnt be surprised if the gap between C & R
actually *widened* while you were away!

Celtic have been on a break for a good few games now in the SPL. We are not
playing anywhere near the way we can... yesterday was a case in point - I
don't think Celtic tried particularly hard yesterday yet we beat probably
the best/form team in the SPL (apart from us of course).

Hard to be critical of a team 16 pts clear in their domestic league and
qualified to the last 16 of the champions league with a game to spare?
