I could see those wires...;) Seriously looked amazing. Ang Lee, Crouching
Tiger, Hidden Dragon, was involved at some point but I'm not sure if he
dropped out over Sudan.
Also, I'm not surprised that during the opening ceremony they concentrated
on Confucius rather than the Cultural Revolution when telling the China
Narrative. They communists were a bad lot.

Gwad it's gonna be awful by comparison. It's be a wee East End knees up,
they'll probably hire cockney sparrows Chaz and Dave to sing "Roll Out The
Barrel"...or some pearly king and queen....

I don't know my South Ossetia from my elbow when it comes to Caucasas
politics...but politics closer to home that I've been thinking about
is...are Northern Ireland in Team GB or Ireland?
