The U2 show was a great night, as was the UB40 but both for entirely
different reasons. The MCR gig was an odd one. My eldest son plays guitar
like me and he said that the guitar player in the band was awesome. So, a
couple of briefs later we went to the show. We almost got booted out as we
smiled a few times and weren't wearing black but apart from that a great
show.
Saw a Stone Roses tribute a few weeks ago, fkn hell they were good. Going
to see Me First and the Gimme Gimmies in a little while. Check them out if
you can. Awesome live act, if only just for their version of 'I Believe I
Can Fly'.
