As someone who much older than 30 it sure is an option. Get
a few friends together, toss a ball around. Not all of us
over 30 are dead. Yes, Logan there is life after 30.

The actually video games like xBox/Wii/Playstation are also very
popular among the elderly.
Helps keep the mind active, game makers are actively marketing
towards AARP.
Some even believe it will help fight off Alzeimers (spelling?)
