Boyd and Riordan

Bumped into an old friend over the weekend who is a season ticket holder at
parkhead and we were talking about players coming and going. We were talking
about both celtic and Rangers and i said i was surprised Boyd had not played
more but must be due to WS having different plans etc.He told me that it was
actually to do with Boyd enjoying the bottle a bit to much, turning up late
for training etc.I said im surprised that WS has stood for it and hasnt let
him go but all we could think of is that Boyd does have talent when he puts
his mind to it so maybe Smith is hoping he sorts himself and knuckles down .
Anyone hear anything similar or is it just one of those hearsay type
rumours?

Also heard that pretty much the same has happened with Riordan but it
happened early on and when GS pulled him up on it,it seemed Riordan tried
playing the big man.Since that point GS has been looking to offload him and
not giving him as many chances.Again i hadnt heard of either of these things
during the season, and hadnt seen them mentioned on the NG so taking both
with a pinch of salt, just wondered if anyone had heard anything similar.

If he is then he is merely doing what I am doing. But I have a slightly
different destination. New Zealand. Job lines up, house arranged the lot.

Also do you hear from Brian much these days? I think he added me as a buddy
on some social network site, but I never hear from him.
