...Benders have the least percentage of benders, but has the highest concentration of people. All I am saying is that it is not out of the realm of possibility and is based on what the creators have already said. I am not standing here on a soapbox saying everybody else is wrong. I am merely putting forth an opinion that does fit within the current rules of the Avatar world. Grimm-RHD
