... had fuck all and a shitload of debt . Now, everything I have, I own, having bought for cash. Nothing is on credit/HP and I don't have a personal credit card, just a company one that I use on business trips. I do have the advantage I'll never have a mortgage in the UK admittedly, so that is one great expense off my mind. I still have to pay rent though which isn't cheap. Mike P

...Hillingdon, in the early 90's (the slightly relocated station opened in 1992). And I expect some of the widening of the North Circular was still taking place in that timeframe too. I have to admit that since my post I have thought of the Coulsden bypass, but of course the people of Coulsden may have wanted that ( it has not improved the trafic either) -- Tony the Dragon
