Looks like it just about arrived in time then. You could try putting it
under your pillow and see if it does renew its self but don't hold your
breath because I think you may be expecting a little too much if you
expect it to happen too quickly but you never know........

Yes I got mine, the same day as the new old people's bus pass :-(.
However, if we receive cards to denote our leadership role, when
does a new leader have an opportunity make the promise and be
formally acknowledged as a leader ?.

My review is also due in March 2006.
As I have had a review ( those here can probably remember me moaning
about how badly it was imposed) it only goes to show that locally the
system hasn't been followed properly , again.
I wonder if there is a correllation between those areas in scouting that
want to micromanage and those that don't follow Gilwell's systmes, and
if so could that itself be used as partial performance indicator ?

I hope so! It seems the Review for my District Appointment was
due 4 years ago. Since my District will be merged with others
from May 2008, I really don't think I need to get an update. As
to my ASL role, there'e no review date given...

what the new one will say.

I am sure we can all remember it well, it was the highlight of the month
if I recall correctly.
