We are having an adventure race, and in the past it has ended with a
banquet for 40-60 Venturers (your Explorers). But it has been done at
a camp with a commerical kitchen and kitchen staff.

I am looking for ideas on doing the same, but at an outdoor location
with no kitchen. A campfire would be fine; a couple large stoves are
available. Naturally we could do hot dogs, but I am looking for a more
exciting idea. So far I have thought of a pig roast, but was wondering
if anybody might have other ideas?
