Its sent out to everybody on the 1st of each Month, including Stuart who is
the Webmaster, he loads it as soon as he can, normally in the 1st itself or
the 2nd.

Yes, from web reporting, ZA appears to have gained a bad reputation
amongst many users.
Sunbelt Kerio fw is also easily configured, is free (although the more
'professional' version has to be paid for). I've been running it now for
some time on XP Home with no apparent adverse effects.
Mind you, as an IT Security paranoid, I've also got a router and AVG and
Avast, together with AD-Aware, SpyBot (never had any ill effects) and
SpyWare Doctor (for which I actually paid, having read the revues).
