when I was at Uni (as a student rather than a lecturer) the history
department provided access to past papers from previous exams, most
had a bit of repition through the years, eg the same question or
something similar would appear every 4 years or so.

One particular lecturer however had virtually identical exam papers
every year for the past 20 years!! I wonder if the department minded
or were just happy that everyone seemed to pass the exam.....

Can't say that I read anything about it in County stuff unfortunately.

Information came out of the blue from an ESL who was on a County Training do
and the CTM had mentioned it.
