That to me is the main thing, if you say it will be so then you must
stick to it don't negotiate or turn a blind eye as they and everyone
else will notice that you don't really mean it. It has to become black
and white so never threaten anything you not intend to follow through
on.

That is an issue that needs addressing head on because you do not bend
over backwards for the little sods you aim to get them to conform and
fit in.

Good, if they have the time and resources you may well get these yp to
become assets rather than liabilities.

It obviously depends upon what problems the so called problem child has
and how many problem children there are in the Group as well as what
time and Leadership resources are available. Let's just say that I
believed in giving everyone a chance even those who had not made it in
other Groups and I know of other Leaders who do something similar.
