  Gits. Again. Grrr.

Driving back from London tonight, get a 'phone call (have a car kit,
don't worry!). The minibus has been broken into, and the trailer (two
years old, replacing one that got stolen)... has been stolen.

Despite having the hitch locked to a ball on a metal post, a chain
around the draw bar, a wheel clamp, being behind a big metal gate with
two padlocks - one of them armoured in a metal box - and a post that
rises up from the ground. (They took some of the fence concrete posts
out of the ground and bent the metals bars at the bottom.)

This is tedious.

And very annoying.

I wouldn't normally recommend websites but this was the funniest thing I
have heard for ages. If you hate telemarketers as much as I do and want to
hear one squirm then listen to this.

Done courses or got waivers for all bar 7 and 15. I only have
validation for 1, 6 and 10, all done during the courses - My TA hasn't
been able to validate anything yet. 2 (the PLP) doesn't have validation.

I had planned to run the troop night when he comes to observe me
(validation method 2). Without a Provisional Appointment, I can't do
that. As an Adult Helper I can run an activity or a game (methods 1 and
3). Of course, I have done this several times in the past 15 months,
but he won't tell me if he will accept the word of the SL and ASL as
proof of validation.
