Realistically you aren't going to get very much for it if it's not running,
no matter how much money you chucked at the engine. At the bottom end of the
market (which is where your bike's currently sitting), condition of the rest
of bike plays an important role, too - if the cosmetics are decent you'll get
more money for it than when they're ropey.

Best advice is to get it running again and preferably MOT'd.

I'd expect £3000 with tax and test - get these before you sell, as it'll
struggle to £1500ish as a non-runner.
It will most likely to be blocked jets in the carbs, or fuel gone off
that is causing the non-starting. Half a days job tops to get it sorted,
and tested.

alan, thanks for the advice, may just do that, think you're a bit low on
price though.

Post replys at the bottom for a start.

Make it run again, try squirting Bradex Easy Start into the
airbox/inlet tract always works on my bikes that have sat round for a
while.
