I now have a very very quick new hard drive - thought I had backed

Please can someone help who is on Virgin. I have a new hard drive and
find I cannot subscribe to the newsgroup via ntl/virgin because I have
forgotten what to put in the box that says: Type the name of the
Internet News (NNTP) server your Internet server provider has given
you. I feel desperately stupid and please send to my email addy if
anyone is kind and knows.
This going through google has me stumped.
