Righto folk,
I'vew got a daily banger I drive not to fussed about it, had a damaged front
bumper when I bought it and came across one for cheapish. Needs a bit of
prep and painting but would look better than what I have on the car as is.
Not looking for a profession top notch finish just something a bit better
than I have which is bubbled, flaked, broke and dented (not by me) ... part
of why I got it cheap.
So basically looking for some adviseo n spraying it up.
Have prepped it, all rubbed down, smalls bits filled with isopon and rubbed
down. I read a few guides one says to spray it thinly with filler primer ?
one guide says use plastic primer and rub down between coats with fine gras
wet and dry ?
Question is about the metalic side of things, once I put a good 4/6 coats of
this stuff on. When do I but the clear on ? a few guides says when its
almost dry, some say whens it completly dry ?
Just a bit of info needed. I know it will never in a million years looks
showroom finish using rattle cans, but its cheap and cheerful is my goal.
Yes I know a bodyshop can do it for
