My Peers,

do you recommend L-Carnitine and if so in what quantities and times i.e
morning/afternoon with meals/without meals etc and are there any benefits of
this supplement.
Thanks in advance for any replies.

No.
Plain and simple.

Acetyl L-Carnitine + ALA perhaps (only a perhaps though)
See - http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/health/1827008.stm
but L-Carnitine is just another of those wanna-be, rejuvenated "lets use
all your fat as energy" kind of supplements.

I personally see very little use for it, nor would I recommend it's use
for "fat loss" however there _may_ be some use under endurance
conditions, but on the whole I would say not any significant advantage
of using it.

"Fat loss" I shouldn't wonder.
That's about the only thing I've ever seen as it's claimed use.

I doubt it helps recovery that much. Not a noticeable amount anyway.
As for fat loss, save your money. The only good thing for that is
clenbuterol and that only works for two weeks.
If you want to lose fat, eat less. If you really feel the need, do some
cardio.
Given the choice of 45mins on a treadmill or not eating that mars bar,
I go for no mars bar _every_ time.

The diphenhydramine (iirc) works if taken with the clen all the way
through. Having said that, I gave it a go and don't remember it working.
