Hmmm.
My own first hand experience of ECA stacks makes me disagree with the
first part of paragraph 2 in "The Link To Ephedra Doesn't Make Sense!"
at that link.
Your core body temperature DEFINITELY increases and, consequently, you
DO need to drink more........in my case, an hour's intensive cardio on
a cross-trainer saw pools of sweat on the floor around me (yes, pools)
and 2 litres of water consumed.
Likewise, paragraph 3 states "The thermogenic effects of ephedra and
caffeine are relatively small". Nope. The lift in my case was
noticeable.........on a stack I could easily manage a 1300 calorie
burn during a 60 minute intensive cardio workout.........when I wasn't
on a stack, the same hour's exercise only resulted in a 900 calorie
burn.
But I guess everyone's mileage varies.
