Yep.
About 1/10 of the effect you'd get from ephedra.

Probably.
I haven't. I think it works by suppressing the appetite and not fat
burning, but I haven't really looked into it as it seems to be the main
content of spam emails.

Nope, in terms of effectiveness. I did cardio on an ECA stack and had
the joy of a woman complaining to the gym staff that I must have been
throwing water all over the place, such was the amount of sweat I was
exerting. Dumb slag.
Bear in mind the politics; the US banned ephedra, largely on the back
of Steve Bechler's remarkably stupid Darwin-esque efforts. US
citizens are, by and large, obese. Having a product out there that
works doesn't sit easily with US Congressmen and women used to
receiving regular cash injections via brown envelopes from major
pharmaceutical companies all desperate to flog their overpriced diet
products.
The evidence is all out there, you just have to look......

I was under the impression that psuedoeph didn't contain any eph at all,
the clue being in the name and all that.

I think you will find it's actually a diastereomer of eph...

Hmmm.
My own first hand experience of ECA stacks makes me disagree with the
first part of paragraph 2 in "The Link To Ephedra Doesn't Make Sense!"
at that link.
Your core body temperature DEFINITELY increases and, consequently, you
DO need to drink more........in my case, an hour's intensive cardio on
a cross-trainer saw pools of sweat on the floor around me (yes, pools)
and 2 litres of water consumed.
Likewise, paragraph 3 states "The thermogenic effects of ephedra and
caffeine are relatively small". Nope. The lift in my case was
noticeable.........on a stack I could easily manage a 1300 calorie
burn during a 60 minute intensive cardio workout.........when I wasn't
on a stack, the same hour's exercise only resulted in a 900 calorie
burn.
But I guess everyone's mileage varies.

Agree with that.
