chest exercises

I have a pigeon chest (a bone on the chest cavity). It has taken a lot of
work to define the chest muscles. But now the sholders are looking over
developed.
Are there any exercises to advance the chest without using any other muscle
group?

Flyes are generally regarded as best for isolating the pec.

I think it would be fair to say that most people do most exercises wrong :)

And in a "Bully-Anal" way I would have to correct you by saying most
people don't actually exercise at all.

Yes, mainly because too much weight is used. Flyes tend to turn into
presses.
The most bizarre exercise I have seen in a while is this:

Dumbell in each hand, stand in front of a preacher bench and bend over
til your head touches the bench and holds you in place while you do
laterals.

Makes sense to me. This weeks T-Nation newsletter features the same...
