The best way to build your abs, is in my opinion to do push-ups and
sit-ups. But when do you have time for these? Let's see.
1. While watching tv. It's great to do some sit-ups while watching
your favourite series on tv. Time flies and you don't even notice that
you are exercising!
2. In bed. This might not be a good idea if you are really sleepy. But
I like to do this if I am not so tired when I go to bed. I'm sure that
you will be after few hundred sit-ups. The only minus here is that
your bed is gonna be pretty sweaty..
3. At work. Eh, really depends on where you work. Might not be a good
idea in most of the workplaces, really depends on what you do and
where. I work at home. It's perfect to do some push-ups when I have my
break.
4. Sauna. Well, most of you probably don't have a sauna. But In my
country there are plenty. You are already sweaty in sauna and there is
nicely warm so it's perfect place to do some sit-ups. Just watch out
not to get fainted!

I have a pigeon chest (a bone on the chest cavity). It has taken a lot of
work to define the chest muscles. But now the sholders are looking over
developed.
Are there any exercises to advance the chest without using any other muscle
group?

There's an old adage that reads, "The best bodybuilding body part
split for you is the one you're currently NOT using." The human body
is a remarkably adaptable machine, and adjusts very quickly to
repetitive motions and scheduled tasks. It's very likely that if
you've been using the same body part split for months or even years,
you would benefit tremendously from a change.
There are two main body part standard splits from which you should
work. One calls for working each body part ONCE per week, with a lot
of sets. The other protocol calls for training each body part TWICE
per week, using fewer sets. Some hybrid routines also call for doing
some body parts only once, while hitting some smaller/weaker body
parts twice.
First, decide if you'd like to train each body part once per week, or
twice. If you're an intermediate to advanced bodybuilder, it's very
likely that once per week (sprinkling in twice per week on weak areas)
will be the best solution. Second, look at your schedule and see what
kind of day splits you have available. If you have work then class on
Tuesday, it should probably be a rest day. If you work two jobs on
Friday, don't try to squeeze a workout in - it's bound to fail.
Instead, plan that as a rest day and lift weights the days before and ...

The case of cramp is not much known by people, including the way of
healing. The one suffering this pain, usually woman, feels legs
especially part of thigh and waist really painful. Also they feel
continuous pain in calf and backward thigh. Each movement feels
tortured.
This cause of pain is muscle dislocation. Either they are calf, thigh,
buttock or waist. Habits of massaging, stepping legs on back are
previous misfortune of suffering.
These are several tips for prevention and healing:
What needs avoiding from not getting this case?
• Before doing exercise, do warming up previously. Avoid doing
exercise carelessly. Do stretching afterwards.
• Avoid habit of stepping on back or massaging carelessly, so
dislocation doesn’t happen accidentally
• If being hospitalized in the hospital, try good sleeping position
and it isn’t turned. Don’t forget to change the position
periodically.
