Teen boy shot dead a block from home
Demian Bulwa

Monday, July 14, 2008

Police are investigating the killing of a 15-year-old boy who was shot
multiple times Saturday night just a block from his family's home in a tough
East Oakland neighborhood.

The teenager was identified by his family as Derrick Mixon, who was a
student at the Castlemont Business and Information Technology School last
year.

Derrick was hit in his upper torso about 10:45 p.m. on the 1800 block of
96th Avenue, police said. He was taken to Highland Hospital in Oakland,
where he died.

Police released no information about possible suspects or motives in the
shooting, which happened near a liquor store on a block where homes sit
behind black or silver chain-link fences.

One neighborhood resident said he heard about six gunshots.

Derrick's mother, Diane Mixon-Scott, said her son was smart, competitive,
respectful and active in his church. She said she didn't know why he was
shot.

Victim In Mission District Shooting Identified

POSTED: 2:14 pm PDT July 11, 2008
UPDATED: 12:16 pm PDT July 12, 2008

SAN FRANCISCO -- A man who was fatally shot in San Francisco's Mission
District in broad daylight Friday has been identified today as a 30-year-old
Rodeo resident, according to a medical examiner's office investigator.

Armando Estrada was shot at around 12:10 p.m. Friday at the intersection of
Mission and 20th streets, a busy commercial area notorious for gang
activity, according to police. Estrada was taken to San Francisco General
Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, according to police.

Police spokesman Sgt. Neville Gittens said that investigators are
considering the possibility the crime was gang-related, as the area is known
as gang territory.

On Thursday evening at the same intersection, two people were stabbed and
another shot with a BB gun. All three injuries were non-life threatening,
and police have not positively linked that incident with today's shooting.

Friday afternoon, investigators were still at the scene, examining evidence
on a bloodstained sidewalk surrounded by police tape, outside a Latino
record shop.

Jewish Gun Grabbers
U.S. Gun Control Legislation, 1968-Present

Emanuel Celler (Jew)

1968: The Gun Control Act of 1968 comes from Rep. Emanuel Celler's
House bill H.R. 17735. It expands legislation already attempted by the
non-Jewish Sen. Thomas Dodd. America's biggest and most far-reaching
gun law came from a Zionist[1].

Howie Metzenbaum (Jew)

1988: Senate bill S. 1523 is sponsored by Senator Howard Metzenbaum.
It proposes legislation turning every violation of the Gun Control Act
of 1968 into a RICO predicate offense, allowing a gun owner to be
charged with federal racketeering offenses.
1988: Senator Metzenbaum co-sponsors a bill -- S. 2180 -- to ban, or
limit/restrict, so-called "plastic guns."

NEW YORK CITY'S GREATEST EXPORT: CRIMEFIGHTERS

Author: Jeff Dege

US gun nuts are full of suggestions about how changing gun laws would
reduce the crime epidemic in the UK.

As a US gun nut, I do think that the UK's gun laws need reform. But more
than that, I think your laws regarding self-defense need reform.

But what you mostly need is reform in the way your police work.

Hence:

The results were astonishing. By the end of 2007, major felonies had
dropped 68 percent, and homicides 67 percent, from their 2003 high -
possibly a national record.

The Jewish Gun Grabbers - 1968 to Present

Photo above is of Chuck Schumer [see below list] - apparently it's
okay for Jews to possess guns, just not Goyim cattle. Oh yes, the
greatest gun grabbers in US History are and have always been quite
Jewish. "Gun control" in the United States is as Jewish as our liberal
and self destructive immigration policies.

Guns And Fools! What The American Public Doesn't Need.

Author: jonatthehelm

Have you ever heard of a more misguided supreme court, voting to allow
people to own guns, just cause the framers of the constitution said
they needed a militia, and for that purpose, home owners could keep a
weapon/weapons for use for the purposes of fighting in the militia to
defend the district, town, state, or whatever. That's the most absurd
stuff.

The 'intelligent' framers never expected to see a military like the
one we've got today. If they had, they would delete that stuff from
the constitution, since there is no need for people to own guns,...

wonks can rapidly refute the Brady Campaign, the Violence Policy
Center, the Legal Community Against Violence, and other cauldrons of
canards.

Gun Facts 5.0 has 94 packed pages of information. Gun Facts is grouped
into chapters on common gun control topics (assault weapons, ballistic
finger printing, firearm availability, international, etc.) which make
finding usable information quick and easy. The detailed table of
