It helps first to know what kind of arthritis is. If it is
inflammatory arthritis it needs to be in the care of a rheumatologist and
will most likely need a special type of med that will stop...

(oh and why is the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence
abbreviated NICE rather than NIHCE? It certainly isn't *nice* in this
instance!
