They refuse to ... so bloody difficult, we are arguing with our own insurance co., when ultimately they won't be the ones paying out? Ideally I'd like to keep the car, get it repaired and for it not to be recorded. I can't see how to do that at the moment. Any advice please? TIA -- /Simon
