BIN and free postage - yeah, right.

Recently I've upgraded my home network to Gigabit, and had a look on
eBay for a couple of NICs.

I found what seemed to be just the ticket - a BIN for two Netgear
GA311T cards with free postage, and instant payment with PayPal, so I
snapped them up.

One week later - nothing. So I sent a message through eBay.

Three days later - nothing. So I sent another message through eBay.

After two weeks - nothing. So I started a PayPal dispute.

Then I found another seller offering two GA622T cards with a BIN but
£2 each for postage and a slightly higher price. I thought about it
for a bit, and then bought them.

Later that same day I got this from the first seller:

"Please accept my appologies i have just got back from holiday i
thought i had posted your items before before i left, i am on way to
post
office now i will email you a tracking number as soon as i return"

Well - I haven't had an email with a tracking number.
