H.Hopeless - one of the incoming mail servers as part of the 'C'
server. It currently has a problem with it's database which we are
working on.

This server is used for SMTP, POP3 and IMAP. We've updated DNS so that
customers who use this server for their email will use on of the other
servers. This change may take up to an hour to propagate.

Users may see errors in their email program when trying to collect
email until the DNS change above has propagated.

We apologise for this inconvenience, we'll add updates to the status
page shortly.
