I've just had a really bad experience with a company called
total-music.com
so I'm warning others who might be considering buying from these guys. If
you pay for next day UK delivery with this company what that really means is
they'll maybe post it next week if they get round to it. This is what
happened to me. Believe me you don't know what frustration is until you try
to resolve an order dispute with
total-music.com. The first red flag is that
they never ever answer the phone, even though they advertise their number on
their site. They never answer it, all you'll ever get is an answering
machine. It doesn't matter how many messages you leave they never call you
back. The second red flag is they're painfully slow at emailing and this is
the only method you can use with a company that will not ever answer the
phone and never return your calls. Strangely enough the email responses from
them were really slow until I told them to cancel the order and give me a
refund, and suddenly their email responses were almost instant. The third
red flag is when I challenged them about my order and their failure to send
the goods I told them to cancel and give me a refund. They then gave me some
bullshit about having 'posted it yesterday'. So when I asked for proof of
postage they had none, and gave me a ficticious consignment number that
didn't mean anything. Next they said they would post it tomorrow, I said
bullshit, give me my refund. Then they said they'd posted it that day. They ...
