Absolutely. White blood cells are present in all milk, including those
of humans to keep the milk fresh. Otherwise the udder would turn into
yoghurt.

Absolutely.

Fortunately its unlikely such a thing would happen.

Everything contains bacteria, fruit, vegetables, your skin, your mouth,
everything. This is normal.
