The UK does not have a credible justice system our justice system is riddled
with corruption. All UK courts operate under the authority of the Crown,
presently Queen Elizabeth II. All UK judges and magistrates swear

public. The Judicial Oath sworn by all UK judges and magistrates is a fraud
of massive proportions. It certainly does not have the meaning which it is
supposed to have. The Crown is an integral part of this fraud.

Former recorder John Hugh Fryer-Spedding, of Mirehouse, Bassenthwaite,
Keswick, Cumbria, reputed to be a friend of Queen Elizabeth II, carried out
acts which perverted the course of justice in Durham and Newcastle County
Court cases
DH4000950, DH400898 and NE401650. Spedding unlawfully heard the above
referenced cases as a consolidated action under Newcastle County Court case
NE401650. Then he went on to carry out a catalogue of acts which did and
were clearly meant to pervert the course of justice in the above cases.
Police have been required to arrest Spedding for his serious crime of
perverting the course of justice. They have not done this.

There is the crime of Misconduct in Public Office under the ruling
Regina-v-Dytham where a possible prison sentence for up to seven years for
those employed in public office. Lawful citizen's arrests may be the only
way to try to correct this problem.

Criminal former recorder John Hugh Fryer-Spedding, is very clearly being
protected by unlawful under international law, Crown Immunity. This matter
has very serious implications attached to it for the UK establishment. I
swear in the name of Almighty God that the UK does not have a credible
justice system. I find it impossible to believe that the Privy Council are
not aware of this and that they have not advised the Crown accordingly.

Judicial criminal John Hugh Fryer-Spedding's illegal ruling in the above
referenced Durham and Newcastle County Court cases has allowed the attempted
murder of me in February 2003 by Northumbria Police Special Squad. His
illegal ruling allowed the theft of my home at 16A The Lyons,
Hetton-le-Hole, Tyne and Wear in which Northumbria Police Special Squad
played a very significant part. Northumbria Police Special Squad made two
attempts on my life in February 2003 when they stole my home at
Hetton-le-Hole. One was by their intention to shoot me when they placed
marksmen around my home. Three nights later they battered down the door to
my home, handcuffed me, and then tried to push a sword which had decorated a
room in my home into my chest. My life was saved in the first instance by a
policewoman negotiator named to me as "Jo" and three nights later by one of
the Northumbria Police Special Squad officers. The Crown Masonic mob has
ignored these matters.

On 30th January 2003 my appeal against the possession of my home was
adjourned at the Middlesboro County Court. It still remains adjourned by
those Crown emplyed criminals employed at that court.

Previous to these matters I had contributed to the House of Commons Home
Affairs Select Committee Inquiry into Freemasonry within the UK police and
judiciary. That Inquiry was chaired by Lord Nolan. He died in February last
year according to a letter that I received from the House of Lords. That
alleged Inquiry was also a fraud. Queen Elizabeth II is the Patron of the UK
Secret Society of Freemasonry cult. Lord Nolan was given his title by the UK
Crown. This is one reason that the alleged Inquiry was never independent or
impartial. Deception is all a part of the Crown led UK establishment.



My estranged wife, presently living at Dacre Banks, North Yorkshire in a
house that we purchased for cash in May 1998, thought that she had obtained
a divorce at the Harrogate County Court. She had used fraud to obtain that
divorce
ruling. Judge Grills who sat at that court, failed to give me the
opportunity to reply to my wife' Petition for Divorce which also included
her lies. Grills therefore breach his Judicial Oath which some now consider
is an act of treason. She relied on evil
people to allow her to get what she wanted and for her doing this she should
pray that there is no God.

My father collapsed and died when the Sunderland Echo newspaper published my
bankruptcy on its front page. Along with that item was another which wrote
that I was barred from remaining as a Hetton Town Councillor by reason of
that bankruptcy ruling. I was not in any event a bankrupt and my estranged
wife is well aware of this fact.

After several months of my writing to Prime Minister Brown about the theft
of my home, murder attempts on me etc, I am now sure that I may as well be
writing to the Devil. The letters that I receive from 10 Downing Street are
the same as many other UK victims receive.

I have written to Mr Brown on two occasions that I am claiming the property
"MireHouse" as part of the damaged that John Hugh Fryer-Spedding has caused
to me. It is my wish that this property will be used for a worthwhile
purpose. UK police have proved that they do murder people so I expect to be
murdered by them when I attempt to claim "Mirehouse" as part of the damage
which judicial Crown protected criminal John Hugh Fryer-Spedding has caused
to me.

There was also an attempt on my life in Mombassa, Kenya, implicating a
Member of the British High Commission several years ago. Afterwards, I
walked in the African Bush alone in the moonlight in an area where dead
green and black mamba snakes live.

which followed that was utterly illegal. The single magistrate who sat on
the case had no qualifications to allow him to act alone and then dismiss
the case. The then Houghton Magistrates Court Clerk, since retired, was
clearly part of the cover up of that crime. There was a clear link to
Freemasonry in this matter.



In 1994 I was accused by my next door neighbour, a National Insurance
Inspector of being a trespasser on land which I and my late father William
Kellett lawfully owned. This case lasted for around four years. It ended
with a massive perversion of the course of justice carried out against me by
a recorder. My civil law opponent and Crown employee National Insurance
Inspector, applied to the Durham County Court for consolidation of the
Durham and Newcastle County Court actions between. That application was
refused by the Durham County Court on 1st June 1994. The recorder illegally
tried the actions as a consolidated action. That caused me massive damage. I
was made a bankrupt at the Durham County Court in 1999 from very substantial
judicial crime which had been used against me. On 30th January, 2003,
Northumbria Police Special Squad surrounded my home at 16A The Lyons,
Hetton-le-Hole, Tyne and Wear. I had refused to give it up for the benefit
of judicial and other criminals involved in these crimes used against me. I
came very close to being shot by their marksmen despite the fact that I was
not armed. My life was saved on that occasion by a policewoman negotiator
named to me as "Jo". Three nights later, the Northumbria Police Special
battered down the door to my home. When they entered my home, they
handcuffed me. Then two of those Northumbria police officers handcuffed me
and then attempted to impale me on a sword which had previously decorated a
room in my home. On that occasion my life was saved by one of the
Northumbria Police Special Squad officers who clearly did not wish to become
a part of murder.



My Appeal against the possession of my home at Hetton-le-Hole was adjourned
at the Middlesboro County Court on 30th January 2003. It still remains
adjourned and ignored by that court. Citizen's arrests are now justified
under the crime of Misconduct in Public Office which carried with it up to a
seven year prison sentence. Very significant evidence supporting my Appeal
against the possession of my home was provided to the judge sitting at the
Middlesboro County Court hearing on 30th January 2003. He adjourned my
Appeal there when I was taken by ambulance to hospital. The evidence which I
provided to the judge at Middlesboro had a bigger significance than to just
my case.



My attempts to obtain justice in these matters have been met with more
crimes. Some carried out against me by police. Police, courts, Official
Receivers, Land Registrars etc, all operate by the authority of the Crown,
presently Queen Elizabeth II. She is the Patron of the UK Secret Society of
Freemasonry. She was sent details of the judicial and other crimes carried
out against me. Those at Buckingham Palace failed to even acknowledge my
letter to him about these crimes by those employed under her authority.



The Judicial Oath of fairness sworn by all UK judges and Magistrates only to
the UK Crown has no meaning and is a fraud of massive proportions. The UK is
not a democracy and even some police officers are now agreeing this fact.
Queen Elizabeth II was served with my damages claim made against her for her
integral part in the Judicial Oath fraud which has caused me great damage.
Those at Buckingham Palace have ignored my damages claim made against Queen
Elizabeth II. I never expected to see a penny of it anyway but my claim made
against Queen Elizabeth II has been done with another purpose in mind. I
retain proof that my damages claim made against Queen Elizabeth II was
received at Buckingham Palace.



Crown employees do carry out murder and can expect to get away with them. My
own cases proved this fact. I am aware of other such cases. The UK requires
an elected Head of State not the Patron of the Secret Society of UK
Freemasonry acting as the UK Head of State. Can the UK courts be independent
or impartial in any matters where Freemasonry has a concern with them
operating under the authority of the UK Patron of UK Freemasonry, Queen
Elizabeth II? They are not impartial or independent as required under
Article 6(1) of the European Human Rights Convention. Deception is all a
part of the way that UK Crown employees operate.



My numerous letters sent to former Prime Minister Tony Blair were ignored by
him. He was and is in any event a Freemason. My many letters sent to present
Prime Minister Gordon Brown have only resulted in me being given the run
around by his Crown employed mob.



There is a lot more to add to these matters. If I remain alive long enough I
will publicise these matters as well. The UK Press are a part of our problem
not a solution to them.
