So...

Where's the most ridiculously over-the-top set of christmas
lights then?
On a house, I mean: councils and businesses exempt from this
one.

There's some pretty extreme stuff up Newton Heath.

At 3.40pm on a Saturday afternoon it would have been quite busy, even though
it was not a school day, the warning signs are around so his speed should
have been slower.

To be cut out of a car it must have been traveling in excess of the speed
limit, else the chasis was already damaged.

I dont want to label this young man with other boy racers as I do not know
him personally but the evidence points to such activity.
