Not only do they force you into paying by direct debit.. but..... as I just
got a new phone in.... a letter arrives.... and in small print away from
everythign else... there is a bit saying... I am set up for auto renewal
after 12 months... if I do not contact them before the 12 months are up for
a year then they will start a new 12 month contract and I'm stuffed for the
next 12 months if I am forgetful!!!

dammit....
