Actually, if you are a heroin addict, then it is imperative you *do* shoot up
some heroin in the morning, and then possibly late in the afternoon, to ensure
you ward off withdrawal symptoms.

Remember, just like with cigarettes and nicotine, and heroin addict NEEDS a
certain amount of heroin to be "normal".

I wouldn't want a tobacco addict driving a bus after not using nicotine for
12 hours, and I wouldn't want a heroin addict driving a bus after not using
heroin for over 12 hours. You don't want someone going through withdrawal
while driving a bus.
