In 2006 I purchased a Kitchen from the Cardiff Offices of sigma 3
including a Waste Disposal Unit. 25/03/08 I telephoned the office
concerned because I thought I had blocked the Unit and was given another
telephone number, that of FLEERTWAY contract services. The engineer
called out promptly but said there was nothing wrong with the unit it
was a fault with th plumbing, the sigma 3 people have apparently plumbed
it in wrongly according to the FLEETWAY engineer that called. I was then
told it was under guarantee but I would have to pay the call out fee
because there was nothing wrong with it. I have the receipt here . I
expect a refund for the amount from them for the amount £64.63p as the
plumbing should have been carried out correctly in the first place, also
