Is it enough to have in the contract "Tick here if you DO NOT permit the use
of your photos for promotional purposes"?

The discussion on the other forum is still passing back and forth between
whether the moral right can be assumed to be waived by the customer as a
result of seeing other customers' images when choosing who to book.
